The Booking Process
To make things as simple, safe and secure as possible you can follow these simple steps.
1 ) Check for airlines and days of flights from your chosen airport of departure, and make a general query on prices.
2) download and check our Availability sheet for availabile dates
3 ) Contact us direcly to confirm your chosen dates are available before booking flights. email: firstname.lastname@example.org or Tel: 07792 231480
4 ) Once we have confirmed that your chosen dates are available then you are free to proceed and book your chosen flights.
5) As soon as possible Let us know you have booked you flights. We will then ask you for your security deposit be made by a Bank transfer the account no. details can be requested by text to 07792 231480 only. Do Not make Any bank transfer payments directly to us except after confirming you are speaking with me. I will ask for an email address to send you our bank details. The account no will be with Santander with Sort code 09-01-27 and account will end in the no.s (784). We will not ask for your bank details.
6) Remember to arrange Travel/Medical insurance and get a European medical Card. This ensures cover for any medical problems that may occur before or during your holiday.
7) 60 days before arrival your Balance payment is due. Failure to make full payment by this date could cause a delay in the keys to the apartment reaching you in time for your departure. The Keys to access the apartment will be despatched to you at your home address before departure. They are not available via any other source.
Please note : failure to pay the complete balance 7 days prior to your departure date could result in loss of your holiday and charges up to the full amount of your security deposit being
made. This is due to any losses we may have incurred through the reservation of your chosen dates by you.(i.e the period not being available for other third parties who expressed interest in booking
those dates in question.)
